Hi, I am Sireen
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to one question:
what truly helps people grow?

That curiosity guided my studies, first a BA in Psychology, then an MSc in Coaching Psychology, where I published research on how coaching empowers people to create meaningful, lasting change.

From there, I stepped into practice. I spent years working with children with special needs, sitting with them in psychosocial support sessions and conducting psychoeducational assessments. Those moments helping a child express what they couldn’t put into words, or watching a small breakthrough unfold showed me how powerful the right support can be.

Later, I moved into social development. I didn’t just work with youth; I designed and led programs that gave thousands of young people the skills, confidence, and opportunities to thrive. Seeing them take ownership of their futures, often against the odds, was one of the most rewarding chapters of my journey.

Everything I’ve learned comes together in my coaching. It’s a supportive space where psychology and practice meet, so you can pause, gain clarity, and take steps aligned with who you are.
